Are kaftan prices only available in US Dollars?
No, you can view the price in different currencies by simply clicking your preferred currency, at the top of the webpage. While you can view prices in US dollars, Canadian dollars, British Pounds and Nigerian Naira, your final check out is in US dollars.
Is your website secured, what's the guarantee my information is protected?
The Luxury Kaftans website is hosted on the Ecommerce platform, Shopify. Shopify provides SSL encryption that enables all data provided on the site to be secure and safe. The padlock icon and the “https:” at the beginning of our URL means our website is FULLY encrypted. This means your information is safe and cannot be intercepted online.
What if I can’t order online? Is there any other way of placing an order?
Yes there is. Simply place an order by sending an email to enquiries(at)luxurykaftans(dot)com and a customer service representative will be happy to help you with placing and processing your order.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all types of credit cards. Alternatively, you can make payment via PayPal.
What if I don’t like my kaftan after I have received it?
Please note that due to the delicate nature of the fabrics we sell, any full refund or exchange must be done within 14 DAYS of receiving your online purchase.
If you are returning your kaftan, please be aware you will be responsible for the shipping costs. For any exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping costs to ship the new kaftan to you. Kaftans are only returnable when they are returned in their original condition without alteration. See more about our return policy here.
How do I take care of my kaftan?
Hand wash or dry-clean your Luxury Kaftan. DO NOT place your kaftan in the dryer, as the fabrics are delicate and the ornaments may come off when dried in a dryer.
Always lay flat (if possible) or hang to dry. Use a steamer or steam iron to safely iron the fabric.
Can I alter the length of the kaftan if it's too long for me?
Of course! We actually recommend that you professionally alter the length of your kaftan. Be sure to make the lining 1" or 2" shorter than the kaftan, so it doesn’t show.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For domestic orders (Canada and United States), it takes 5-7 business days to receive your order if you select standard shipping, 3-5 business days for express shipping and if your qualifies for free shipping, it will take 7-14 business days.
For International orders (Outside Canada and United States), it takes 7-10 business days to receive your order if you select standard shipping, 4-6 business days for express shipping and if your order qualifies for free shipping, it will take 10 -15 business days.
